- Wine Cellar is built into natural rock which makes it self cooling, maintaining an average annual temperature of 65 degrees.
- 85% of RC vines are gravity fed.(watered without power) from a hilltop source.
- Use of dry farming techniques.

- Compost all vegetable matter into natural fertilizer.
